About the role

Lead a major digital transformation program that will modernise registration and licensing services across Queensland. This is an exciting prospect for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects from start-up through to completion, within a PRINCE2 and Agile delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality and advantages.
Drive project governance, assurance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
Coordinate delivery teams, working groups, resources and senior stakeholders.
Build project, communication, change and benefit realisation plans.




Deliver clear outcomes across complex technology and digital transformation projects.

Highly desirable criteria
Bring strong experience with complex digital transformation and legacy system modernisation.
Lead projects within government or highly regulated environments.
Apply PRINCE2 and Agile delivery methods across the project lifecycle.
Use tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence.

Desirable criteria
Hold a Scrum Master qualification or Agile delivery certification.
Bring varied public and private sector experience.
Demonstrate experience across large-scale technology transformation programs.

Skills and experience
Hold current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Prove a strong track record of end-to-end project delivery.
Lead complex projects within government or regulated environments.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders.
Deliver large-scale transformation, including legacy-to-modern platform migration.
