Administration Supervisor – Pathway to Practice Manager

OCD Clinic Brisbane | Carina, Brisbane | 4–5 days per week | Immediate start

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with psychology practice experience who is ready to step into leadership and, over time, progress into a Practice Manager role.

You’ll receive on-site training and mentoring from our part time Operations Manager and work closely with our Director and Principal Psychologist. From the outset, you’ll form an significant part of the clinic’s leadership team.

The role
Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic
Lead and support the administration team
Manage workflows, clinician diaries, cancellations and waitlists
Oversee referrals, intake and new client enquiries
Manage billing, Medicare processes and accounts
Troubleshoot day-to‑day issues and ensure things are followed through
Maintain and improve clinic systems and procedures
Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
Work closely with clinicians and the leadership team

About you

You may currently be a Senior Administrator, Team Leader or Administration Supervisor within a psychology practice and be ready for your next step.





You’ll be organised, warm and qualified, confident leading a team and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy clinic.

You’ll have good judgement, strong attention to detail, be able to manage competing priorities and, importantly, be someone who follows things through.
