About you:
n
n
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens
n
Must be available at least two days during weekdays
n
Experience in aged care, hospitals,
schools, corporate catering, private residences or similar settings
n
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S; practices
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
n
Robust attention to detail and food presentation standards
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
n
Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required
n
n
Uniform:traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
