Summary:

The Manager – Insights & Impact will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our charity by leveraging data and insights to enhance our impact. This position is essential for ensuring that our initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with our mission to support the community. The successful candidate will lead a team dedicated to analysing data, generating reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve our programmes and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to measure and enhance the impact of our charity’s initiatives.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making processes.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for programme improvements.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of insights with organisational goals and objectives.




Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and impact measurement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or data analysis.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the charity or voluntary sector.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with solid analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Robust leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or similar.
