Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
Oversee merchandising, store presentation and promotional execution
Manage high stock volumes efficiently and accurately
Drive store targets, KPIs and operational outcomes
Support talent development and succession planning
Create an engaging, customer-first setting

What you will bring:
Proven retail management experience (essential)




Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
