We currently have an exciting prospect available for a Full time Service Managerto provide high quality management to ourService Department in Young.

About the Role

This full time, hands-on Service Manager role is based in Young NSW and is well suited to an experienced person looking to step into a role with greater scope, decision-making authority, and work-life balance.

You will lead the Service Department, set clear standards, support your team, and work closely with the Dealer Principal to improve systems, drive results, and great customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Service & Parts Departments to achieve targets and realise potential
Mentor, support, and motivate the service team
Monitor workshop efficiency, productivity, and workflow
Oversee all vehicle service and repair operations
Manage and resolve customer concerns professionally and fairly

Proven experience in an automotive industry with a passion for customer experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and operational understanding
Calm, customer-focused leadership style
Clear communication and sound problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
