SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll(ECP) Functional Consultant - Contract - Australia / Recent Zealand

1.Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with New Zealand deployment experiences
n
2.Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
n
3.Employee Central Payroll Certification
n
4.Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, perks integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
n
5.Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules
n
6.Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success
n
7.Payroll Integrations
n
8.Experience in configuring UI mashups,
n
9.Experience in Payroll Control Center
n
10.Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
n




11.Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
n
12.Robust executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
n
13.Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
n
14.Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
n
15.Knowledge on EC module is an added advantage
n
16.Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
n
