Property Manager | Randwick Area | $120K

Our client is an established and growing boutique agency in the heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to join their friendly team.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants while overseeing the day-to-day management of your portfolio. You’ll have the support of dedicated accounts and administration staff, allowing you to focus on property management rather than being bogged down in unnecessary admin.

The Role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 230 properties, maintaining solid landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, rent reviews and arrears
Provide professional advice, reporting and regular updates to landlords
Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and coordinate repairs
Handle disputes, Tribunal matters and insurance claims as required
Assist with client reporting and current business opportunities while working closely with the wider team

About You

We’re looking for someone with at least2 years experience in residential property management who is confident managing their own portfolio and enjoys building strong client relationships. You’ll ideally have:
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Professional presentation and a positive personality
PropertyMe and Inspection Manager experience is advantageous
Local Eastern Suburbs knowledge is highly regarded
