Essential Qualifications & Skills
A values driven leader with solid relationship building skills
Proven leadership of recruitment teams
Engineering or Technical recruitment industry expertise
As an executive, have good individual discipline, consistency and accountability
Solid understanding of business drivers and commercial issues




Self-driven professional with a successful and resilient mindset

Duties & Responsibilities
Drive delivery methodology best practice
Coach and mentor consultants on recruitment skills and interview quality
Monitor and drive talent pool health
Manage Associate Director accountability
