Job Description

VERVE Fitness Pty Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own the customer experience for a growing, profitable brand on the Gold Coast.

n

You will manage inquiries by phone, email and web, process warranty claims with the technical team, and keep customers informed on orders with HubSpot and NetSuite. The role offers an 8am–4pm Mon–Fri schedule, in office parking, and a casual office culture with athleisure attire.
