The Role
Supervise floor, bar and gaming staff.
Support staff training, shift rostering, and opening/closing procedures.
Monitor patron behavior and handle guest queries or issues calmly.
Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
What You Need
Proven experience in a busy bar, pub or club environment.
Robust leadership skills with a positive, hands on attitiude.
Valid RSA, RCG & ARCG certification is compulsory.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends & public holidays.
