Centacare is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Centacare Family and Relationship Services team at our Fortitude Valley office. You will coordinate day-to-day service operations, support staff, and ensure funding, legal and organisational requirements are met.
You will lead intake, risk assessment, safety planning, and complex case management, while guiding practitioners and fostering robust relationships with partner agencies. Some direct client work may be required.
