The role will include:
n
Working in a family law team;
n
Assisting the solicitor with legal administration/secretarial tasks;
n
Matter and file management;
n
Preparing and drafting correspondence and court documents;
n
Arranging and booking travel;
n
Organising conferences and appointments;
n
Handling client and external associate queries via email and phone; and
n
Diary management.
n
About you:
n
A successful candidate will have the following:
n
Experience working in a law firm or studying law (desirable but not essential);
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
n
High level of attention to detail;
n
Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask;
n
A great work ethic; and
n
Professional manner.

We offer a market-competitive salary which commensurate with the successful applicant's experience, skills and qualifications, with remuneration guided by the applicable classification under theLegal Services Award.
