About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of heavy earthmoving equipment solutions to the mining industry across Australia.

What You Will Be Doing
Entering and maintaining contractor information within mining client Contractor Management Systems (CMS)
Processing, coding and entering daily timesheets
Raising Purchase Orders (POs) and variations
Coordinating travel and camp bookings for personnel
Receipting services and monitoring query management tools

What You Will Need
Previous administration and data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Robust communication and customer service skills
