Mallesons in Sydney seeks a Service Desk Analyst to deliver white-glove technical support to partners and staff from the Sydney office. You will be the first point of contact for technology issues, handling inquiries by phone and in person with a customer-centric approach.

Based in Sydney CBD, you will work with Windows 11, Office 365, VPN and Azure Virtual Desktop, and AV/video conferencing setups, contributing to a reliable, secure IT setting with adaptable rostering and after-hours on-call.
