We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or recent graduate to join our HSIE team. We are seeking to appoint an cutting-edge, enthusiastic and collaborative skilled to teach Stage 4–6 HSIE. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong Christian faith, professional values and a dynamic, proactive approach to teaching and learning.

More specifically, the successful candidate will bring:

a personal commitment to the Christian faith and active participation in a local church community
n




a commitment to the vision and mission of MACC, with a willingness to support the faith formation of students
n
relevant experience (or a willingness to learn) and a passion for teaching HSIE across Stages 4–6
n
a commitment to academic excellence
n
highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and parents
n
an ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the continued development of the Faculty
n
a comprehensive knowledge of curriculum and assessment
n
relevant tertiary qualifications, including teaching qualifications
n
proof of NESA accreditation and a current WWCC approval number is required.
