The Offer
up to $70,000 + super
Up to $800/month in bonuses
Mon–Fri 8:54am–5:30pm + 1 Saturday/month (9am–1pm)
No late nights (only occasional overtime for patients or training)
Annual eyewear allowance
Extensive on‑the‑job dispenser training
Relocation assistance (negotiable)
Visa sponsorship support for candidates pursuing PR

Your Role
Lead daily operations and support a busy, successful practice
Deliver high‑quality dispensing and customer service
Mentor and develop the dispensing team
Contribute to practice growth and exceptional patient care

You Bring
Proven optical dispensing experience
Management or leadership experience (preferred)
Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (preferred)
Solid communication skills and a flair for eyewear styling
