Job Description
Community Solutions Group is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Cairns, QLD. You will coordinate supports to help participants achieve independence, assess needs, and work with providers to maximise NDIs plans and budgets.

You will build solid relationships with participants, families and external providers, visiting participants as needed and addressing barriers with action plans. This role requires administration excellence, IT skills (Excel), and a people-focused approach.
