Receptionist or Business Trainee | Full time and part time opportunities

Mint Business Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team in Maryville. We welcome applicants with reception or administration experience, as well as people starting their career who are interested in a full time business traineeship.

About the role

n

You will be a welcoming face for visitors and a key contact for the businesses we support. The work is wide-ranging and, at times, quick paced. You will answer calls, manage appointments and help with everyday administration. We will provide training and support as you learn the role.

Key responsibilities

n

Welcome clients and visitors.

n

Answer calls and respond to emails and chat messages for Mint and our clients.

n

Schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings.

n

Update client records and prepare documents.

n

Handle mail, deliveries and general correspondence.

n

Assist the team with other reception and administration tasks.

n

About you

n

A friendly,



professional manner and a strong focus on customer service.

n

Transparent communication and attention to detail.

n

The ability to stay organised while handling different tasks.

n

Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

n

Reliability, initiative and a positive approach to working with others.

n

Previous reception, call centre or customer service experience is welcome, but is not essential if you are keen to learn.

Location: Mint Business Centre, Maryville

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the full time role. Part time hours may be considered for the receptionist position.
