The Prospect

We are seeking a solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law. You will collaborate with partners on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management while growing your own client base and deepening your commercial expertise.

What we’re looking for
5+ years PAE in commercial law, with solid contract law and corporate governance knowledge
Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts
Ambition for continuous skilled growth and a clear drive to advance your career, potential for early progression to partnership

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Admission to practice law in Australia
A minimum of 5 years PAE in commercial law
