We're looking for an experienced and dependable retail team member to join our beautiful independent design store.

This is a Level 3 retail position suited to someone who is confident working independently and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop.

The right person will be:

Reliable, responsible and accountable
n
Highly punctual and able to open and close the shop independently and on time
n
Experienced in retail and confident providing excellent customer service
n
Sales-focused, proactive and confident engaging with customers
n
Able to build genuine customer connections, communicate the story behind our products and confidently convert interest into sales
n
Friendly, capable and comfortable working independently
n
Able to offer broad availability during the busy lead-up to Christmas
n
n
Solid sales ability, broad availability and previous retail experience are essential.
