Job Description

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the venue, providing leadership across all areas of the operation. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the business is commercially sound, operationally consistent and delivers a positive experience for both guests and employees.
Lead operations across bar, bistro and gaming
Manage financial performance, labour,



costs and key operational targets
Develop, coach and support the venue management team
Maintain strong standards across service, compliance, presentation and safety
Identify practical opportunities to improve revenue and overall venue performance

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong understanding of pub operations. You will be comfortable overseeing multiple revenue streams and will bring a balanced approach to commercial performance, team development and customer experience.
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior venue leader within pubs or hospitality
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of venue financial performance
Sound knowledge of bar, food and gaming operations
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain effective teams
Approachable, practical leadership style with solid communication skills
