About the role

We are seeking a fulltime 'Junior Maintenance Coordinator' to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.

Duties include

Scheduling work and attendances for our trades.

High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices.

Liaising with clients, Trades, estimators, suppliers, and external contractors regularly.

Requirements for the role

SimPRO software experience is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Pleasant and patient phone manner.

Reliable and team oriented.

Ability to multitask,



prioritize and handle pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Current drivers' licence and own reliable transport a must.
