Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Chefs to join our kitchen team for an immediate start.

About the Role

n

Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will assist in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences across our bistro, functions, and events.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
n
Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
n
Maintain high standards of food presentation and consistency
n
Support stock control, food preparation, and kitchen organisation
n




Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards
n
Assist with functions, catering, and event service
n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
n
Maintain a clean and secure working environment
n

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and able to thrive in a busy team environment.

Skills & Experience

n

n
Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
n
Relevant hospitality qualifications advantageous but not essential
n
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Team-focused with good communication skills
n
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
n
