This is a great chance for someone looking to build their administration and customer service skills while gaining hands‐on experience across customer communication, delivery coordination, scheduling, order processing, and business systems.

You'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping coordinate deliveries, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, and support our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Customer Communication

n

Act as first point of contact for phone, email, and SMS enquiries

n

Manage inbound calls, return missed calls, and respond to customer and internal queries

n

Order & Delivery Coordination

n

Process orders and delivery tickets, including booking and scheduling

n

Liaise with customers to confirm and adjust delivery timeframes

n





Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure all notes are up to date

n

Scheduling & Logistics

n

Manage and optimise delivery schedules within system capacity

n

Allocate delivery timeframes and communicate updates to customers

n

Upload and maintain scheduling data across platforms

n

Shipping & Dispatch Support

n

Generate shipping labels (Mainfreight & Australia Post)

n

Ensure accurate documentation and tracking for all orders

n

Operations & Administration Support

n

Provide general administrative support to daily operations

n

Computer savvy - Experienced with Microsoft Windows programs essential. All other system training is provided.
