The Role

This is an over-the-phone appointment-setting role where you'll:
Call and engage with homeowners
Work a mixture of new and existing leads
Build rapport and identify customer needs
Create interest in solar & battery solutions
Handle objections confidently




Book qualified appointments for our sales team
Follow up leads and prospects
Maintain accurate notes and activities
Work towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for someone with previous appointment-setting experience who can hit the ground running.

You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or outbound lead generation
Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
Robust objection-handling skills
Excellent phone communication and rapport-building ability
Experience working towards KPIs and appointment targets
The ability to qualify leads rather than simply fill a calendar
Strong follow-up and organisation skills
A self-motivated, reliable and results-driven attitude
