We’re currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a busy and well-established box manufacturing operation in North Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident operating forklifts, enjoys a varied warehouse role and is looking for ongoing Monday–Friday work with consistent hours and the potential for regular overtime.

This is a hands-on position with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

Picking and packing customer orders

Using RF scanners to locate and track inventory

Transferring stock between facilities when required

Assisting with general warehouse and production-related tasks

Keeping stock organised and warehouse areas tidy

Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures





Working closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

A current LF Forklift Licence – essential

At least 12 months' recent forklift operating experience

Strong experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

Previous experience with RF scanning

Pick packing and general warehouse experience

The ability to safely load, unload and relocate stock

A strong focus on safety and accuracy

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Valuable communication and the ability to work effectively within a team

A willingness to get involved and assist wherever needed

HOURS & EMPLOYMENT
Ongoing Monday–Friday work
Consistent 6:00AM – 2:00PM hours
Early afternoon finish
Opportunity to utilise both High Reach and Counterbalance experience
Variety of warehouse duties
Supportive and hands-on team setting
Work within an established manufacturing operation
Potential for regular overtime
