Mount Sylvia Fresh is seeking a Facility Supervisor (Production & Quality Control) to oversee daily Packing Shed and quality control operations at Mount Sylvia, Somerset & Lockyer QLD. You will coordinate staff, monitor production performance and ensure products meet customer and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading, training and supervising teams, conducting quality checks, maintaining records and supporting food safety, HARPS, and WHS compliance.
