Sylvs Italian is opening a recent venue and seeking an experienced bartender to join the opening team. The bar will be at the heart of the Sylvs experience — a place for great drinks, warm hospitality, lively conversation and memorable nights. You will help shape a brand-new venue from the very beginning, work alongside a passionate team and play a key role in creating the Sylvs bar experience.

Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging, attentive and personable bar service
Make confident cocktails with solid knowledge of classic cocktails, techniques, spirits and flavour profiles
Connect with guests, make recommendations and talk enthusiastically about drinks offering
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and bar organisation
Stay calm,



efficient and skilled during busy services
Support the restaurant floor when needed

About you
Strong bartending experience in quality, fast-paced venues
Exceptional cocktail knowledge and confident cocktail-making skills
Genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wine and hospitality
Warm, energetic and genuine personality
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Team-first attitude and willingness to support the restaurant floor when needed
Availability across weeknights and weekends
