Lawson Delaney is partnering with the audit division of a leading international qualified services firm to appoint an experienced Audit Partner to lead its Sydney and broader NSW practice.

This is a senior, succession-focused appointment for a proven Partner who can take ownership of an established book of work, lead a team of circa 50 including 14 offshore, and drive further growth in the market. The role offers a salaried Partner structure with a small equity component, full operational autonomy, and the backing of a highly regarded national and international platform.

You will lead the NSW practice across client stewardship, team leadership, operational performance, and business development. While an existing portfolio is in place,



this role requires a commercially astute leader who can build on that foundation through strong market engagement, client relationship management, and current business growth.

To be successful, you will be CA or CPA qualified, currently operating as an Audit Partner, and bring deep technical capability, strong commercial judgement, and a proven track record in leading sizeable teams, managing senior client relationships, and growing revenue.
