We’re now opening a cafe onsite, serving quality coffee and light meals to the people who walk through our doors. As a brand new cafe, the first impression we make matters.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced barista to run our coffee station and be one of the friendly faces of our current cafe.
Make consistently great coffee even when it’s busy
Open the cafe (often independently)
Be a warm, memorable face for customers - welcome first-timers and get to know your regulars
Work with the Cafe Manager to improve the overall customer experience
Manage workflow and service during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
About you
Experience behind the machine - confident dialling in espresso, texturing milk and pouring latte art
A genuine people-person who enjoys chatting with customers
Comfortable opening up the cafe independently
Calm and friendly under pressure, with an eye for the small details that make a difference
