The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned property lawyer with 5+ years’ post-admission experience to join our energetic team. You will work closely with senior practitioners on high-value property matters including acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and planning approvals. This is a chance to build your own portfolio, deepen your expertise, and contribute to strategic outcomes for a diverse client base.

What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development documents
A proactive,



solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving
Robust commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across varied property transactions
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Admission to practice law in Australia
A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law
