You will be an Australian Citizen - responsible for strategic planning, general farm and livestock management, cropping and stock feed production, irrigation and water management, people leadership, financial and commercial management, occupational health & safety, machinery & infrastructure, contractors, suppliers and procurement, coordination of qualified advisors and specialists, biosecurity and regulatory compliance, recordkeeping and online reporting.
You will receive fully paid attendance at industry-specific skilled association conferences annually, plus supported additional training (TAFE, College or University) as required to help you reach your goals.
You will be supported by the Director, who will be available for strategic development and budgeting input and will assist you with operational farm duties 2 - 3 days per week.
Your success will be rewarded with a twice-yearly bonus scheme.
