The Springs Hotel in Waubra, Victoria, is reopening and seeking a passionate head chef to lead kitchen operations for lunch and dinner. You will create and execute a classic country pub menu in a newly renovated historic hotel close to Ballarat, on the route to the Pyrenees wine district.

We value hardworking, loyal team players who are easy to work with, friendly and positive, bringing a love of outstanding food to the role. This is an in office, full time opportunity in a landmark venue.
