Living Choice Australia Pty Ltd – Parrearra QLD is recruiting a Village Operations Manager to oversee operations across Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast villages. You will provide leadership to Village Managers, drive compliance, resident satisfaction and community engagement across locations.

The role reports to the General Manager - Village Operations and involves travel between coast locations, budgeting, reporting and team-oriented stakeholder management in a premium retirement living group.
