As a Gem at Home junior doctor, you will have the chance to work closely with our Advanced Trainee and Geriatrician who will provide mentorship and support as you navigate the exciting world of community-based healthcare.

You will be based at our office/hub located at Sunshine Hospital, where you will be part of a supportive and team-oriented team dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients.
n
Provides comprehensive Geriatric care and assessments from the patient's home.
n
Providing patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What you need

Current APHRA Registration as a Medical Practitioner.
n
Post-graduate Year 3 or above at the time of commencement.
n
Valid Australian driver's license.
