This hands-on, permanent full time role reports to the Return & Earn Area Manager and supervises a small team of warehouse assistants and production staff.

You will ensure safety, quality, and effective operations, manage rostering and payroll submissions, and drive continuous improvement while working versatile weekend shifts as required.
