ALEX&Co.; Parramatta is seeking a Senior Chef / Senior Sous Chef to join our busy restaurant, bar and functions venue. You will work hands-on across multiple sections, lead the kitchen during peak services and uphold high standards set by the Executive Chef.

Role requires solid leadership, experience in high-volume environments, and a focus on food safety and presentation. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate; full time permanent position offered.
