Job Description
Bluestone Owner's Corporation is seeking a reliable contractor to oversee the presentation, cleaning of common areas, and daily maintenance of a St Kilda apartment building. The role is a versatile contract around 25 hours per week (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, plastering, painting, plumbing, gutter and roof upkeep, and building access coordination for external trades. Applicants must have an ABN, public liability insurance, and solid English communication.
