The role leads the development of our Performance Coach Developers, partners with the AIS Performance Coaching program, and drives Event Group Panels shaping technical and tactical excellence across events.
You will equip coaches with the skills and resources to perform at their best, strengthen national ties with AIS, and bring world-leading innovations back to Australian coaches and athletes.
