About the Role:
We are seeking a senior lawyer experienced in Wills and Estates (minimum of 4 years PAE up to Special Counsel level) to join this reputable team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a broad range of Estate Planning & Estate Administration matters from initial consultation to completion
Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administration
Managing deceased estate administration,
including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
Handling complex estate planning, such as family trust and SMSF succession
Preparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in Wills & Estates (4 years + is ideal)
Capability to manage your own cases independently
If at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, the ability to mentor juniors
Excellent communication skills
Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
Keen attention to detail
A genuine interest in Succession Law.
