About the Chance

We’re looking for exceptional hospitality leaders to join our opening team. Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager plays a key role in shaping the culture, leading the team and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you’ll bring:




Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining workplace
Proven track record in leading a high performing team
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Ability to adapt and thrive in a agile environment and high-pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
