About the Role:

We're looking for a driven, team player to join our Finance team, responsible for productive Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing Project Management, assistance in the management of the external accounts resourcing duties, ensuring timely and accurate management and job reports are prepared for

Key Responsibilities:
processing of all supplier invoices and subcontract claims
Reconcile supplier statements monthly
Prepare and manage client invoices
Manage debtor balances and overdue accounts
Management of bank guarantees
Assist the Manufacturing Manager in the preparation of job analysis reports once manufacturing jobs are completed with particular emphasis to ensure that Bills of Materials (BOM’s)remain accurate.




Create inventory items and BOM’s at the direction of the Manufacturing Manager.
Assisting with statutory accounting including tax returns, BAS, Payroll Tax and FBT
Assisting cash flow management and forecasting
Assisting with implementation and continue development of accounting policies and procedures
Raise and Process subcontractor Purchase Orders
Coordinate and preparation of CDC & Occupation Certificates
Day to day banking requirements and internet banking management
Month end journals and reconciliations
Monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Set up clients in Jobpac

About you:

To be successful in this role you will need:
1+ years experience in a similar position
Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with team members
