The Armidale SerVies Club is looking for a Duty Manager with exceptional customer service skills and a versatile approach to their roster to join the team and lead the staff. There will be plenty of prospect to further develop your skills and build your knowledge within this full time role.

Duties
Ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service to our members and their guests
Manage the on goings of the Club, including overseeing Bar, Bistro, Cafe and Gaming Services.
Leading and coordinating staff in a inspiring, efficient and effective manner
Cash handling tasks and responsibilities
Oversee the cleanliness of the Club facilities.

Qualifications
Possess sound supervisory experience or have management experience within the Hospitality industry preferred
Be RSA & RCG certified




Be well groomed and qualified
Possess excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be able to make confident decisions
Be responsible, level-headed and focused on getting the job done
Demonstrate initiative to problem solving
Be able to address positive or negative performance when necessary
Take a hands-on approach and lead by example
Understand, deliver and enforce policies and procedures
Possess knowledge and experience in gaming, beverage, food service, Keno and TAB
Possess experience in cash handling
