Goldstar Transport is an established provider of Transport andLogistics solutions across Western Australia, servicing a broadrange of industries, including FMCG, steel and mining.

Our focus is on delivering protected, reliable and efficient serviceto our customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking anexperienced HC/MC Driver to join our team servicing operationsacross Kalgoorlie and surrounding mine sites.

About the role

This is a FIFO/DIDO role thatis currently operating on an 8:6 roster with 12-hour shifts. You’llbe undertaking a range of driving and operational activities, whichinclude but are not limited to:
Safely operating our vehicles to and from various minesites
Assisting with yard operations
Loading, unloading and securing freight in accordance withsafety requirements
General transport and logistics duties
Maintaining clear and skilled communication withclients, supervisors and other team members
Performing various ad hoc duties as operational needsarise

About you

To be successful in this role, youwill have:




Current MC or HC license
Extensive practical knowledge and experience using strapsand chains
Demonstrated experience securing a variety of loads safelyand correctly
Willingness and ability to work an 8:6 roster & 12-hourshifts
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of ateam

As part of the inherent requirements of the role, youmust be willing to undergo the following pre-employmentverification checks:
Commercial Driver’s Medical
Driving Assessment
National Police Clearance check
