Are you an experienced WHS skilled looking for a hands‑on role where you can make a real impact? Our client is a global organisation with a solid Australian presence, operating across multiple agricultural and production sites. We are seeking an experienced WHS Business Partner to join their team, based in Goulburn. This is a diverse role combining strategic WHS leadership with practical, on-the-ground support. You will work closely with managers and operational teams across NSW to strengthen safety culture, manage risk and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
Provide WHS advice, coaching and support to leaders and teams.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Develop and deliver WHS training and safety initiatives.
Manage compliance, hazards, corrective actions and WHS systems.




Analyse safety data and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and positive safety culture.

About you
Relevant WHS qualification.
3+ years' WHS experience, ideally across multiple sites.
Solid knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety training.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
A practical, proactive approach and confidence working with people at all levels.

Regular travel across NSW sites, including Goulburn, Wellington, Bowral and Wagga Wagga, is required.
