The Secure Step is seeking an experienced Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to lead psychosocial risk management across our organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to embed practical controls and strengthen psychological safety.

Working hands-on with teams, you will identify psychosocial hazards, assess risks and translate regulatory requirements into tangible actions that improve how work is designed and managed.
