About the role:
On site 5 days a week
Lead the asset through the DLP phase.
Liaise with all areas of staff within the building to ensure the asset is run with ease and to the highest standard




Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a protected and compliant work workplace
Manage superior relationships with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and resource allocation
Engage and effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that foster trust and a sense of community

About you:
Have an excellent eye for detail. Ensure the building is kept presentable and in line with owner standards
Have a robust customer service background
Be well-presented and able to communicate effectively
Able to build strong tenant relationships and be the face of the asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work autonomously and with little regular guidance
Demonstrated history able to hire, lead and develop a team
