Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking to join a highly regarded corporate professional services firm with a strong reputation and collaborative team culture?
Our client is a respected Newcastle-based Chartered Accounting and Wealth Management firm seeking a polished, proactive and personable Office Administrator to join their team.
The Role
You’ll provide administration and office support to a team of Accountants and Business Services professionals, while also assisting with corporate reception and client enquiries.
General office and administrative support to team of accountants
Diary, meeting and office coordination
Managing calls, emails and correspondence
Supporting the wider accounting team with ad hoc administration
About You
1–5 years’ administration experience within Accounting, Financial Planning or Professional Services
Excellent computer skills, preferably familiar with accounting software
A naturally warm, friendly and approachable personality – someone who can built rapport with clients and colleagues
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, as you may occasionally help out on the front reception desk
