DefendTex seeks a Propellant / Rocket Motor Specialist to lead propellant formulation and small-scale motor development at our Lang Lang facility in Victoria. You will head laboratory and pilot-scale trials, develop ballistics models, and collaborate with process, materials and production teams to translate formulations into scalable processes.
You will design and review ingredient specs, ensure safety protocols, and support scale-up, plant commissioning and production handover.
